He listened to the small child. It seemed she got in a lot like him, through some facet of her skill. Probably her physical combat, if he had to guess. It obviously wasn't her brain, otherwise Shinji was truly out of his mind. Honestly, between him hiring that previous incompetent accountant before Akahito came around and just overall seemed to hire some questionable staff. Honestly, if it were Akahito in charge, he'd have hired completely different people.

Not that any of this mattered. If he were in charge, he wouldn't have hired himself in any capacity. He sure wouldn't have hired this child.  Who he now realized, hadn't given her name. He just knew that they were both ninja.

"For future dealings, I should give you my name. My name is Akahito Kogura, Give me yours, so that we may reconvene and for you to lose."

He was quick about his words, as he found no reason to make it longer. Also, he was still thinking about how to make up the weakness that was his current taijutsu skills. They sucked and he really needed to fix such a thing.

Yasu blinked when the stranger pointed out the greatest fault in their current planned duel, the fact she hadn’t learned about the guy’s name, not that it seemed that important to her at first anyway. After all she could probably find him right? It wasn’t like there could be that many people in the village right. In Yasu’s mind, the people she could see in the wild girl’s opinions HAD to be most of the village, right? After all, there couldn’t be that many people in a village right? How many people were in the world anyways? She didn’t really know that, her uncle had always talked like it was a lot, but she had a hard time imagining it, most of her life had been away from other people, and she couldn’t imagine it being possible even if her uncle had told her many other fantastical things.

Places where there was water as far as the eye could see and lands made of tiny little rocks called sand that seemed to go on endlessly. Even giant trees and large flat grassy fields. Yasu wanted to see all of it, and these new villages seemed a great way to do that while fighting for a great world. She didn’t really know exactly but still the idea of THAT many people seemed strange to her. The village itself already seemed so big, with more people than she could count on either hand, and even if she included her toes there were still more. The idea was baffling to Yasu, but she didn’t have any reason to really doubt it, even as strange and unlikely as it seemed that there could be this many people in one place. The village near where she’d lived most of her life had only had a couple hands of people after all.

She guessed it would be a good idea for him to know her name under than thinking, even if she was skeptical of it. “Kurokuma, Yasu.” She responded. “And I’ll be the one to kick your butt!” She added, offended at even the notion she would lose against him. He couldn’t possibly train up THAT much in a week’s time…how long was a week again? She wasn’t really sure exactly how many days that was supposed to be. Only it was less than a month.

Akahito scoffed at Yasu for that last comment. She truly was an idiot. He'd have to remember some taijutsu techniques that his father taught him; preferably low grappling techniques. That was, he won't miss the small kid. He would then probably try to end it quick with some knees.

He knew that she was likely a wild child, thereby she would probably just try to beat the hell out of him. Thus, restriction of movement and subdual is exactly what was needed to beat the small child. If that didn't work, he was in danger of having an awful time. Not that he cared. He'd win, probably break her arm or something. That way, she'd accept that money was useful when she'd have to pay the medical fee!

After all, she just has so much money to throw around! Giving merchants who bags of coins, god damn.

He'd turn and walk away, ignoring the crowd that had gathered. He'd head straight home, and sit in the nearest chair and try to remember his training.
